Arabica coffee represents 3/4 of the coffee that is cultivated worldwide. These beans are mainly found in Latin America but they can also be found in East Africa, India and Indonesia. The Arabica plant is a large bush that has green oval leaves. The berries are round and contain two flat seeds that are the coffee beans. It takes 7 to 9 months for the berries to mature. The Arabica bean is aromatic and has a subtle and varied flavor. It is usually produced in a mountains above 600 meters.
