The INFJ is one of the 16 personality types of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. INFJ stands for Introversion (I), Intuition (N), Feeling (F), and Judgment (J). These four elements represent the core of the INFJ's personality. According to Myers-Briggs, people with the INFJ type are contemplative introverts. Being alone enables them to reflect, plan, and create an action plan to complete a task. Their intuitive ability sparks insights about situations, events, and people. The feeling function is extraverted, which makes them very attuned to the feelings of others. INFJs have a strong need for structure, which explains the judgment element.
