Old English Sheepdogs belong to the herding breed. They weigh between 60 and 100 pounds. The male has a height of 22 inches and up. While female are 20 inches and up. Their life expectancy ranges from 10 to 12 years. They are thickset, muscular and strong. Their eyes can be brown or blue, their nose is always black and their ears are medium sized. The texture of their coat is very abundant. They are considered to be adaptable, playful and sociable. They bark quite frequently.
