The polar bears are one the most beloved of the eight bear species. They're found in the Arctic region and places such as Alaska, Canada, and Norway. The seasonal changes have an essential impact on polar bears' sleeping pattern. In Spring and Summer, the lack of ice prevents seal hunting and leads to polar bears sleeping and resting most of the time. They sleep less in the night and more during the day on an ice patch or the tundra. In the winter time, they dig pits in the snow, and they curled up putting their back to the wind. When the snow storms hit, they can curl up for days.
